I build toward a future worth inheriting.
Three ventures so far: a climate media platform, a planter that waters itself, and a marketplace for space that would otherwise sit empty. Sustainability is the reason I started each of them.
I’m Pranav. I’m based in London, reading for an MSc in Climate Change, Management and Finance at Imperial College London.
Three ventures, a single thesis.
EcoCupid
A media platform for grassroots climate work in Southeast Asia. We tell the stories of the small teams doing it, so that larger institutions notice them and send resources their way.
Bett3r Planter
A planter that pulls water out of the air and waters itself. It’s for anyone who has killed a plant by forgetting about it, which is most of us.
Alongside the ventures, I help founders with their pitches, evaluate early-stage companies, mentor at Garage@EEE, and sit on the board of *SCAPE Singapore.
I’m now reading for an MSc in Climate Change, Management and Finance at Imperial College London, as a Dean’s Impact Scholar.
Where much of it was learned.
First commercial hire at a deep-tech startup making biodegradable paper batteries. I helped take it to a Top 20 finish at TechCrunch Disrupt 2023, out of more than 200 companies. We were the only team from Asia in that group.
A regional youth organisation we grew from 7 members to more than 400, almost entirely over video calls during the pandemic.
Custom LEGO name plaques that I designed, built and shipped myself. It was small, but it was the first time I took a product all the way from an idea to a stranger’s doorstep.
Small tools, built for an audience of one.
Small, nagging problems from my own life that I would otherwise have just put up with. I built these fixes with AI, in between other work. All of them are live except Lattice, the last one, which is for organisations rather than for me and is still in progress.
USD/SGD Tracker
It follows USD/SGD and the news that moves it, makes its own forecast of where the rate is going, and adjusts as it learns from what actually happens.
openMyOutfit AI
It picks tomorrow’s outfit and keeps track of what’s in the wash or needs ironing, so I’m not standing in front of the wardrobe at 7am trying to decide.
openPersonal CRM
A simple way to keep up with people. It reminds me who I owe a message, and who I haven’t spoken to in too long.
open3D Model Viewer
3D modelling is hard to get into, so I made it easier for myself. Load a model, spin it around and pin comments on the parts you want changed, then hand those notes to Claude for the next round of edits. Handy next to the 3D printer.
openLattice
For boards and the communities around them. Members share the kinds of connections they have without naming anyone, and you can ask in plain English who to approach for something. It also keeps track of the gaps nobody can fill yet, and flags them when someone joins who might.

The rest of the picture.
I sing Carnatic music with the Singapore Indian Orchestra & Choir. After performing with them, pitching on a stage feels a lot less scary.
I shot air rifle competitively for about a year and a half, and got better than I expected to. It needs a kind of stillness I haven’t found anywhere else, and I’d like to go back to it.
It started with LEGO and turned into a habit of building my own things. The 3D printer is rarely switched off.
Mostly nature. My own photos are my wallpaper, and I have far more than I know what to do with. If we meet in person, ask and I’ll show you a few.
The only sport I follow, and I follow it properly. Nothing else has stuck.

If your work bends toward the climate.
If you’re working on something in sustainability, climate finance, media or Southeast Asia, or just want to compare notes, I’d like to hear from you.
You might notice there are no photos here. I take far too many, couldn’t choose between them, and editing has never been my strength. So for now, you’ll have to take my word for it.
